The architectural design of Infinity Life Club project has been thoughtfully created by the Smarthitect Architectural Studio, taking into careful consideration the special needs of residents and adhering to sustainability principles. Spanning an impressive 236,000 square meters, the planned buildings are fully compliant with local architectural regulations and are meticulously designed to harmonize with the tropical environment.
Particular attention has been given to advanced shading technologies and effective rainwater management systems. All buildings are newly constructed, featuring the latest modern contemporary design and architecture.
The residences are designed for accessibility, with widened doorways, seamless flooring, and walk-in tubs to cater to individuals with various levels of physical ability. The interior spaces have been designed with the utmost consideration for the aging population and individuals with disabilities, incorporating barrier-free transport options. These spaces not only meet but exceed European architectural quality, with a creative and innovative approach to design.
A defining feature of the project is the use of elegant curved and rounded shapes, which contribute to the project's distinctive style. The ground plan of the main buildings forms the symbol of Infinity, which is not only a meaningful representation but also offers numerous practical benefits. The curved and rounded buildings appear smaller from the outside, enhancing the sense of openness, while the interior design widens each room outward, providing residents with a greater connection to nature and light. Each fan-shaped room offers breathtaking views from terraces that extend beyond 180 degrees, fostering a sense of privacy and exclusivity for every resident.
Additionally, the project is situated on an expansive 125 Rai (50 acres), making it one of the largest real estate developments on Phuket. This vast area allows for generous spacing between buildings, with the distance between them exceeding the height of the structures.
As a result, residents are treated to a magnificent green park environment, with 73% of the project area dedicated to lush greenery, offering a serene and spacious setting that promotes well-being and relaxation.
